John Frankland
John Frankland co-founded W&J Frankland Builders in 1975 alongside his brother, Bill Frankland, bringing a standard of integrity and craftsmanship that guides every project today. Before starting the company, John served in the United States Army in Vietnam and Germany, an experience that shaped his discipline and work ethic. John also graduated from Penn State University and went on to build the company’s strong reputation throughout Chester County, PA.
Outside of work, John is married with two sons and three grandchildren. He serves as Facility Chairman at Coatesville Bible Fellowship, staying active in his family and his church community.
David Frankland
David Frankland, the second generation of the Frankland family, has worked full-time with the company since 1996, serving as lead carpenter, project manager, and designer and estimator. He is the bridge between design and construction, and the person most homeowners work with directly when planning their project. A graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Engineering, David brings technical precision to every estimate and design.
Outside of work, David is married with three children and spends much of his personal time at their activities and at church. He has also completed three Tough Mudder events.
