"Matt and I cannot say enough about W&J Frankland Builders. We first contracted them to redo the siding on our barn. W&J did such a great job on the siding, our old, tired barn looks almost brand new! Dave kept us well informed as to the progress of the project, kept the work site neat and informed us of a few issues that would need attention on the barn in the near future. We were so impressed with the quality of work that we also contracted W&J Frankland to remodel our kitchen, breakfast nook and den in the house. Our house is an old stone farmhouse and we knew it had potential to have some buried “surprises”. At every turn Dave, James and the crew came up with several options to address each issue. They really listened to our concerns and worked to ensure that we would be happy with the end result. They kept the job site as neat and organized as possible.
